Courtesy of Anita. and Asian people

We spent about 45 minutes sitting on the couch laughing hysterically thanks to this site. seriously, its just amazing pictures of butchered/nonsensical/ironic English translations found in foreign countries.

Engrish.com

if you see any especially good pictures either link or quote it in the comments for the rest of us. My favorites are when they mix up where an "L" or an "R" should be, as in "Rodeo Crowns."

p.s. i mistyped while going to the website and came upon this absurdity. Someone paid money for a domain for that reason alone...

Engrish signs are posted everywhere in China! the best ones are always about disabled people, some how something gets lost in translation or Chinese people really do hate the disabled. Anyway here are some of the actual signs I've seen when I happen to have my camera. enjoy the 汉式英语! (hanshi yingyu, chinglish)
